Using our apps
You may use our apps for personal and lawful purposes only. You must not misuse them, try to break their security, or use them to harm others.
Information we show
Card offers, rewards and other details shown in our apps come from public sources and banks. They can change without notice. Always confirm the final terms with your bank or card issuer before you pay. We are not a bank and do not process card payments inside PaySmart.
Paid plans
If an app offers a paid plan, the price and what it includes are shown before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment partners, and we do not store your full card details.
Our liability
Our apps are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we are not responsible for losses caused by outdated offer information, service interruptions, or decisions you make using our apps.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this section shows the latest version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel a paid plan at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you were charged by mistake or the service did not work as described, email us within 7 days of the payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
